• Energy giving food,vyakula vinavyo patia mwili nguvu KAMA mahindi ,miwa,oil and fats,madini,N.K
• Protective food,-ni vyiakula zenye zina pea mwili na Mboga na matunda.
• Body building food-vyakula vinavyo jenga mwili kama maziwa,mayai,maragwe N.K

1. Aloe vera-relives constipation how to use; boil and drink concentrated water .
Soothing and healing to wounds
2. Coriander(Dania)-increase appetite, reduce stomach problem. How to use ;add to meals.
