Sec 24 of the act prohibit knowing infection from a person who knows her/his status to another who does not know their status and he who convenes the provision is liable to conviction.

Hiv/ Aids education and information. we have the right to health care ,education and information, education in institutions of learning, education in workplace, information in the community.

The act prohibit against

1. Compulsory testing, 

2. Consent to Hiv testing, provision to testing facilities,

3. Testing centers.

1. Confidentiality of records.

2. disclosure of information.

3. Penalty of breach of confidentiality.
